We are a network of people in various places across North America committed to following the way of Jesus, and living that out to make a difference in the cities in which we are located.
Our “micro-churches” are able to forge their own unique identity, and focus on their mission without being distracted by the complexities common in church life. Transformation Communities is a hub that draws these simple communities and their leaders together, providing training, support, accountability, and essential administrative services.
